180 Connect, through Ironwood Communications is one of the largest services providers for DIRECTV. We provide equipment installation, product upgrades and services. DIRECTV won the JD Power award for customer services with the 180 technician workforce contribution.

• Performs satellite installations, upgrades and service calls for DIRECTV residential and commercial customers.
• Operates in 54 branches across 22 states, primarily in the western U.S., with approximately 3,500 technicians and 2,700 Company-owned vehicles.
• One of the largest providers in the HSP Network, representing approximately 25% of the country's DMAs and market share of DIRECTV.
