M. Brian McCarthy, Chariman
Mr. McCarthy brings thirty years of extensive senior leadership and advisory experience in the North American business market. He served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Business Strategy at General Electric and as President, Integrated Systems Division of GE Interlogix. Before that, Mr. McCarthy served as Chief Executive Officer, Americas at Interlogix prior to that company's acquisition by General Electric. In addition, he served in several senior executive roles with ADT Ltd. for over 15 years and was the Senior Vice President of Operations for ADT Ltd. when he left that company. Currently, Mr. McCarthy acts as a consultant with McCarthy and Associates LLB based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Peter Giacalone, President, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining 180 Connect, Mr. Giacalone served as Executive Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at DIRECTV and had primary responsibility for all of DIRECTV operations relating to home services, call center and supply chain operations. Prior to that, Mr. Giacalone served as Vice President of Finance for The News Corporation Limited ("News Corp.") since 1997. In that position, Mr. Giacalone worked with senior executive management primarily supporting global merger and acquisition-related activity, including News Corp's acquisitions of Hughes and Sky Italia. Mark Burel, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Burel brings 25 years of senior operations management experience primarily in the customer service industry. Prior to joining 180 Connect, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of American Residential Services, a subsidiary of The ServiceMaster Company. In that position, Mr. Burel led the successful turnaround of a $500 million, 4500 employee company that provided plumbing and heating and air conditioning service to 1.5 million customers annually. Prior to that Mr Burel served as Vice President, Product Service Operations for Montgomery Ward/GE Capital. In addition, he served in several senior executive roles with Tenneco Inc./CASE Worldwide Engineering. Mr. Burel also served in several operations and financial management positions for General Electric Company. Mr Burel joined 180 Connect as Chief Operating Officer in August of 2007. Mr. Westberg brings over 30 years of senior financial management experience in the North American business market. He served from 2002-2006 as Vice President, Finance for Independence Air. Previously, Mr. Westberg served from 1995-2002 as Executive Vice President, General Manager and CFO of Midway Airlines Corporation. In addition, he served in several senior executive roles with Continental Airlines, Inc. from 1991-1995 and was Vice President Corporate Development when he left that company. Mr. Westberg served from 1996-2005 on the board of Cargo Holdings International, Inc. and was a member of that company's Compensation Committee. Brian Dalmass, President, Network Solutions and Business Development
Brian G. Dalmass has more than 20 years of leadership with a demonstrated history of achieving high levels of performance requiring strong leadership, direct communications, and organization and management expertise. Mr. Dalmass has served in senior level management positions including Senior VP DIRECTV for field operations and Executive VP of Cendent Corp. and has achieved unprecedented success in both turnaround and start-up operations and is recognized for his success in increasing sales and delivering profitability. Currently, Mr. Dalmass serves as President of 180 Connect, where he is responsible for Network Solutions operating divisions as well as business development. Mark Morrison, President, Satellite Operations
Mark Morrison is responsible for oversight of Ironwood Communications. With over 27 years experience, he has extensive knowledge of the Cable and Satellite industry. He joined Ironwood Communications in 2004 as Sr. Vice-President of Operations. Prior to joining Ironwood Communications, Morrison held the position of Regional Vice President for Mediacom Communication in Iowa and Illinois. Prior to Mediacom, Morrison held the position of General Manager for Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI) overseeing the Dallas, TX cable operations. Additionally while at TCI, he held various positions throughout Texas. Ed Nollinger, Senior Vice President of Business Operations
Mr. Nollinger brings over 34 years of extensive business experience primarily in the area of electronic security services. Mr. Nollinger served in several senior roles with ADT Security Services, Inc. (“ADT”), a wholly owned subsidiary of its ultimate indirect parent, Tyco International, Ltd. for over 32 years. At ADT, Mr. Nollinger was responsible for planning, implementing and managing branch level operational activities, directing and supporting information technology initiatives, implementing systems and processes to drive operational efficiencies directly at the field level and the development and implementation of mission-critical customer monitoring computer systems designed to decrease service delivery costs and improve customer satisfaction. Mr. Nollinger also has a strong field financial background and was a controller for ADT. Joel Rivas, Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasury
Joel Rivas has served 180 Connect for the last 5 years and has more than 17 years of leadership and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining 180 Connect, Mr. Rivas served in senior roles such as Corporate Controller and Director of Finance and has a proven record of successful team management, corporate risk management and corporate finance and shared services management driving to accurate and efficient financial reporting. Currently, Mr. Rivas serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasury.
