Employment: Tech/Installer Qualifications
• Possess a customer service-oriented focus
• Basic math and reading skills
• Must pass company drug and background screening
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle ladders that weigh up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to physically climb poles and/or ladders, and perform work at heights
• Available to work a six-day, full-time work week (i.e., mandatory overtime required)
• Good personal appearance and demeanor
• Personal work vehicle may be required
• Previous work experience in a building trade, telecommunications company, utility company and/or customer contact work experience preferred
• Personal computer skills are not required but would be a consideration for certain career path opportunities
• Possess a valid drivers license and "good" driving record
• High School education preferred

CATV Installer
Customer contact and basic field safety, ladder usage, basic residential and commercial coaxial cable wiring, advanced CATV skills (digital cable installations, customer premises equipment, troubleshooting, using test equipment), and basic CAT 3 telephone wiring for digital installation.

HSD Technician
Customer contact and basic field safety, ladder usage, basic residential and commercial coaxial cable wiring, advanced technology skills based on CATV or DBS type installation (customer premises equipment, troubleshooting, using test equipment), computer operating systems (Mac OS, Windows 95, NT, 98, 2000), modem installation hardware & software, and CAT 5 data wiring and networking skills.

Telephony Technician
Customer contact and basic field safety, ladder usage, basic residential and commercial coaxial cable wiring and telephone wiring (Cat 3, Cat 5, PBX), advanced CATV skills (digital cable, customer premises equipment, troubleshooting, using test equipment, provisioning the NIU, powering issues, etc.)

Premise Wiring Technician
Customer contact and basic field safety, ladder usage, basic residential and commercial coaxial cable wiring, advanced structured wiring (product specific), security systems wiring.

Disconnect/Audit Technician
Customer contact skills, basic industry knowledge, basic field safety knowledge, ladder usage, basic operation procedures for disconnects, tap audits, terminating the cable etc., reconnection skills.

Sales Force/Field Collections
Customer contact skills, strong industry knowledge, marketing experience, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
